Introduction to wine tasting (Level 1 intensive – full day)
Sunday 26 May 2024 – from 10:30 to 17:30
A one-day introduction course on theory and practice of how to taste a wine as well as basic principles of wine-making (white / rose / red), oenology and sparkling wines production (e.g., differences between Champagne and Prosecco).
Circa 10 Italian wines will be served.
Overall, 7 hours (including one hour of lunch break).

Advanced wine tasting & Italian greatest wines (Level 2 intensive – full day)
Sunday 16 June 2024 – from 10:30 to 17:30
A one-day course on advanced wine tasting techniques, with a special focus on Italy and some of its most renowned wines. This course is preparatory for Level 3, where these notions will be used for wine-food pairing.
Circa 12 great Italian wines will be served.
Overall, 7 hours (including one hour of lunch break).

Refreshing goodbye before Summer holidays, with some great “metodo classico” sparkling wines from Italy.

Food-wine pairing (Level 3 intensive – full day)
Sunday 15 September 2024 – from 10:30 to 17:30
A one-day course on advanced food-wine pairing techniques. You finally be able to choose the right wine for your meals. Delicious food will be served (including meat and fish cooked via sous vide). Prior attendance to Level 2 is compulsory.
At least 18 food-wine pairings will be presented.
Overall, 7 hours (including one hour of lunch break).
