A life-long journey with wine
I have always been surrounded by good wine and food due to my parents’ restaurant in Italy.
After decades of enriching vinous experiences in Italy, Switzerland, California and Belgium, I have also become a certified Sommelier.
My wine-driven curiosity is nourished by a solid professional experience in science, which brought me to get a doctorate in Chemistry and to teach in academic BSc and MSc courses for a few years.
