Sunday 7th September 2025 – from 10:30 to 17:30
A one-day course on introduction to wine tasting, in which you will learn about: theory of flavours perception; principles of oenology and winemaking (white / rose / red wine); production of sparkling wines (e.g., Champagne, Prosecco); intensive practice of wine tasting.
Overall, 7 hours (including one hour of lunch break).
Circa 10 Italian wines will be served.

Advanced tasting & iconic Italian wines
(Level 2 intensive – full day)
Sunday 5th October 2025 – from 10:30 to 17:30
An exclusive one-day course to refine your palate and deepen your knowledge of Italy’s most celebrated wine regions. Through specially designed tasting exercises, you will enhance your ability to identify complex flavors and articulate your impressions with confidence. Following an introduction to key Italian wine territories, you will explore a curated selection of iconic wines, such as Brunello di Montalcino, Barolo, Amarone della Valpolicella, Etna Rosso, Taurasi etc
Overall, 7 hours (including one hour of lunch break).
Tasting samples & 5 iconic Italian wines will be served.

Dal Forno’s Amarone della Valpolicella:
from 2016 down to 1996
Sunday 12th October 2025 – from 16:30 to 18:30
A rare journey through time and terroir, centered around the extraordinary wines of Romano Dal Forno—widely regarded as one of the finest producers in Valpolicella. Explore the evolution of Dal Forno’s legendary Amarone della Valpolicella, with three vintages spanning three decades. We will indulge in another Amarone for comparison and in Dal Forno’s Vigna Sere 2004 —a rich, sweet wine in the style of Recioto.

Intro to food-wine pairing
(Level 3 intensive – full day)
Sunday 16th Novermber 2025 – from 10:30 to 16:30
A one-day course, to introduce food-wine pairing techniques Intro on tasting wine, with a special focus on mouth sensations, followed by theory and practice of food-wine pairing. You will start to understand how to choose the right wine for your meals!
Food is included, which will suffice as a light lunch.
Overall, 7 hours (including one hour of lunch break).
At least 7 wines will be presented and paired to food.
